Where Do I Find My Order ID?
- Your order ID can be found in your appointment confirmation email. It is located in the appointment information section of the email, just below your appointment time. If you cannot locate it, please email us at support@xpedilab.com and we will confirm your order ID.
Is there a cancellation fee?
- By cancelling your appointment, you will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. If your appointment is confirmed, but more than 24 hours from the time of cancellation, you will be charged a 5% fee. If your appointment is less than 24 hours from the time of cancellation, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
